Vettä Terms and Conditions
• All guests must be over the age of 19
• Must present original credit card used to reserve online upon check-in. Otherwise fees
will be refunded to original credit card and a new form of payment must be presented.
• If a physical gift card was used to book, please bring it with you upon check-in. (not an egift card)
• Lost wristbands will incur a $75 replacement fee.
• Your reservation may be affected by unexpected operational issues with Vettä (e.g.,
power outages). In such rare circumstances, Vettä may need to cancel or modify your
reservation. If your visit, excluding massage time, has exceeded three hours, including
any F&B time, no compensation will be provided.
Changes / Cancellations:
Cancellations/changes must be requested by phone (705-835-1500) or email (info@vettaspa.com)
Hydrotherapy:
- Cancellations (48+ hours before reservation): Eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
- Cancellations (24–48 hours before reservation): Refunds will be issued as a Vettä Spa credit for use towards future services.
- Cancellations (less than 24 hours before reservation): Subject to a $20+HST cancellation fee, with the remaining balance refunded as a Vettä Spa credit for use towards future services.
- Reservation changes (less than 24 hours before reservation): Subject to a $20+HST change fee.
- No-shows (no call/email notification): No refunds or changes allowed; the full reservation amount will be charged.
Massage:
- Cancellations (48+ hours before reservation): Eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
- Cancellations (less than 48 hours before reservation): A $100+HST cancellation fee will be applied, with the remaining balance refunded as a Vettä Spa credit for use towards future services.
- No-Shows (no call/email notification): No refunds or changes allowed; the full reservation amount will be charged.
